PAYMENT OPTIONS

Please note: Nikkei (Canada) Marketing Limited [NIKKEI (CAN) MKTG LTD] is the company name that will be listed on your credit card statement.

CREDIT CARD VIA MONERIS PLATFORM

You can enter your payment details at the time your place your order using a valid credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard). We reserve the right to check the validity of the credit card and its credit status in relation to the order value and whether the billing address of the purchaser is correct.  We may refuse orders depending on the result of these checks.

CHARGEBACK

In the event that a customer charges back a payment fee after such fee was due and payable, we will treat the chargeback as a breach of business contract.  We reserve the right to terminate your transaction immediately without notice.  In addition, we reserve the right to send the charged back fee(s) to the customer, in which case you agree to be responsible for all collection charges or attorneys’ fees incurred as a result of our collection activities on your account.  The customer will also be responsible for the credit card transaction fee (2-3%) incurred by Nikkei (Canada) Marketing Limited. that was applied on the initial purchase.  

In the event of a transaction made by a customer with the intention of fraud, the customer with the intention of fraud, the customer agrees to be responsible for all collection charges or attorneys’ fees incurred as a result of our collection activities on your account.

SALES TAX

All orders shipped to Canada are subject to applicable duties and taxes. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY CHARGES

Mikei.ca orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Packages are generally dispatched within 7 – 10 business days after receipt of payment. Orders in Canada are shipped through Canada Post by its Regular Parcel service with tracking. If you prefer express delivery, additional cost will be applied. Please contact us for special arrangements.

FREE SHIPPING for online orders over $100 to CANADA. A flat rate of CAD$15.00 will be applied to orders under $100.

CURRENCIES & ORDERS

For Canadian delivery, please use Canadian dollars when you check out. We only accept CAD “Canadian dollars” for all orders in Canada.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders (excluding Canada and USA), extra handling charges and/or duty charges may apply. To place international orders, please contact us by sending email via info@mikei.ca or call 1.604.247.0015 (Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm PST).

—Delivery Limitation for International Orders

Mikei.ca reserves the right to cancel any online orders due to limitation on customs clearance for parcel deliver to some countries.

—Foreign Transaction Fee

The mikei.ca online store payment processing centre is in Canada. Customers holding US or foreign credit cards may be subject to foreign transaction fees depending on your credit card issuer. Mikei.ca does not collect and is not responsible for any foreign transactions fees that may be charged by your credit card issuer.

 

YOUR ORDER

ITEM AVAILABILITY

If a product is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and the order will not be processed. Mikei does not accept back orders. If you have any further questions on out of stock items, please contact us toll-free in Canada/USA: 1.866.606.5342 from Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm PST) or via email at info@mikei.ca.

ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days and take 7 – 10 business days to arrive via standard ground shipping. Processing time does not include weekend days.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Only credit card authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you would like to cancel an online order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@mikei.ca. We will help you with any questions you might have to cancel your order.

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

  • Item(s) not available
  • Difficulty in processing payment information
  • Incorrect address provided. 

A duplicate order was placed due to technical error.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason. You will not be billed for any cancelled items due to any of the above reasons. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a cancelled order, please contact us.

RETURN POLICY

Only unopened and purchased on mikei.ca may be returned for any reason within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date.

Please contact us and provide us with your order information and reason for return. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return request.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The shipping and handling fee are not refundable. The total refund amount will be directed to your credit card upon receiving the returned items with no damages after inspection.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post.

Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling cost. All mikei.ca online store returns should be addressed to:

PROMOTIONAL CODES

All promotional codes will only apply to new orders on mikei.ca and cannot be applied retroactively under any circumstances.  These codes allow only one use per customer and cannot be combined for greater discount with any other promotional codes.

MIKEI® LOYALTY REWARD PROGRAM POLICY

  • Vouchers are valid for residents in Canada and USA only.
  • Only voucher quantities of 10 will be processed. Vouchers received in other quantities will not be accepted and deemed void.
  • Nikkei (Canada) Marketing Ltd. is not responsible for vouchers with incomplete information, missing vouchers or lost/late mail.
  • It is recommended to keep a copy of your vouchers as record.
  • Please allow 3-4 months for processing.
  • Nikkei (Canada) Marketing Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this offer without prior notice.
