Ingredients
Stick ramen: Wheat flour, Wheat protein, Starch, Salt, Water, Mushroom extract (golden oyster mushroom, fukuro mushroom, maitake mushroom, shiitake mushroom, red reishi mushroom), Alginic acid.
Mushroom Sauce: Water, Soy sauce, Sugar (sugar, glucose/fructose syrup), Fermented seasoning (syrup, water, rice, sake, salt), Fish essence (bonito essence, dried fish extract, bonito stock, dried mackerel stock, frigate mackerel stock, dried sardine extract, bonito essence powder), Salt, Mushroom extract (chitake, chakitake), Seasoning (monosodium glutamate, disodium 5ā²-ribonucleotide), Caramel color, Hydrolyzed protein, Dried kelp extract, Acidulant (lactic acid, DL-malic acid).
Flavoured Vegetable Oil: Leek oil, Garlic oil

Directions
Recommended Use (Adults):
- Bring 500 ml of water to boil
- Add one packet of MikeiĀ® Stick Ramen into pot and cook for 4 minutes
- Turn off heat and add both the mushroom sauce and vegetable oil into the boiled ramen.
- Serve with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
