Ingredients:

  • 1 capsule of Mikei Red Reishi capsule, pulled apart
  • 1 tsp coconut oil or MCT oil (optional, for creaminess)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp honey, maple syrup, or sweetener of choice (adjust to taste)

Instructions:
